Our office is inside the arrival hall at the Airport.

Not Included - what we call exclusions -

  • Tow-away service due to client’s negligence
  • Lost, damage or broken keys and costs involved.
  • Inadequate refuelling
  • Wind screen and glass damage.
  • Traffic fines.
  • Damaged to rims, tires and flat tires.
  • Underneath of the vehicle and costs involved.
  • Cleaning and up holsters. Damage Cabrio's soft top.

OPTIONAL COVERAGE - A SMART IDEA -

For only 25.00 Euros you can take our optional insurance to cover damage to wheels and crystals. This will free you of any expenses incurred by any of these contingencies. Note that a simple flat tire is much more expensive than that.

If you want to enjoy your stay in Menorca with no problems, we recommend you our fully insurance. For only 58.00 Euros you cover wheels and tyres, crystals, lost or damage the car keys and in the case you put the wrong fuel you do not pay anything.

Under no circumstances damage caused to underneath of the bodywork vehicle and costs involved are included.

Insurance does not cover accidents or damages caused by driving under the influence of alcohol and/or another drugs.

Car Rental Conditions

  • Drivers must be over 21 years and must hold a valid driving license with one year minimum experience. For special groups 25 years and 4 year experience. Drivers under 25 years, young drivers charge of 15.00€ per rental will apply.
  • Cost involved due client’s negligence must be paid in the moment.
  • At returning time we allowed 59 minutes of comity, once this time has passed, one day extra will be charge. No refunds given for unused days.
  • Vehicles can not be taken out of the island.
  • Pick ups only in our offices, during open time (09.00h - 12.00 and 17.00h -20.00h). Airport 07.00h - 22.00h

Fuel Policy

  • For 6 or more day’s rentals, car will be delivered with a full tank and obligatory must be returned empty. The cost for the fuel is charged upon pick up. This amount depends on the model and engine type. Just as an example the approximated amount to be charge will be 55.00€ to 75.00€. Please note that there will be no refunds for unused fuel.
  • For less than 6 days rentals, cars must be returned with the same level of fuel as when collected.

Payment

  • Payments is made by credit/debit card or cash.
  • We only accept Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard.
  • For payments with debit card & Visa Electron and cash , a security deposit is required amount will varies by type of car . Group B-C1-C2 = 550.00 Euros, D1-D2 = 700.00 Euros, R1-R2-M = 950.00 Euros, Z = 1000.00 Euros, G = 2000.00 Euros.
  • Security deposit in cash can only be made at Mahon airport, for the rest of offices we can only accept deposit made with a credit or debit card.

  • Out of hours deliveries only at Airport Office between 22.00h - 07.00h 25.00€ extra charge, mandatory telephone number.
  • Ciutadella and Mahón Port Terminal deliveries are available, under request 30.00€, (mobile phone required).
  • Baby and Boosters seats: 3.50€ per day maximum 40.00€ per rental.
  • Extra driver: 2.50€ per day maximum 25.00€ per car
  • One Way (return the car in a different point): 40.00€, for 5 days rental period or less (free for 6 or more days).
  • Hotel deliveries 30.00€
  • Optional Insurance to cover only Wheels & Tyres (SRC): 25.00€ per rental.
  • Optional full coverage insurance to cover; keys, inadequate refuelling, wind screen damage or damaged caused to rims and tires 58.00€ per rental. Under no circunstances damage caused to underneath of the bodywork vehicle and costs involved are included.
